Trebbiolo Rosso La Stoppa, Barbera, Bonarda, biodynamic wine, low sulphur wine, fruit driven, classic crunchy red. 

Food Pairing Suggestion: Nice chilled with BBQs and picnics! This style of youthful fresh red has been easy wine of choice in Emilia for centuries. It is goes great with all those lovely Italian cold cuts and nicely chilled, it is so drinkable, a little rustic and Emilia wine always has a nice bite of dry tannin too but this is authentic Italian style!
