COS Pithos Rosso '19, DOC

"Pithos" Rosso is a red wine vinified and aged in amphora. Organic Wine, made with old style artisanal methods

Tasting Notes: On the nose there are notes of cherry jam, other fruits of the undergrowth, flowers like pink and fresh violet, with peppery sprinkling on a Mediterranean background. On the palate it is velvety soft, fresh, mineral and flowing. 

Food Pairing Suggestion: Aged Cheeses, meat stew, mushroom risotto.

Grape Variety: Nero d’ Avola, Frappato
